We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results to our clients through our personalized service and our in-depth knowledge of the markets we serve. ABOUT THE ROLE  We are looking for a Data Researcher to be assigned to our client, an event and content company based in Sydney, Australia. You will be responsible for generating relevant leads across different sites and social platforms such as LinkedIn and other channels, lead qualification and data management.  You will play a central role in developing and/or expanding business opportunities, in close partnership with the Marketing and Sales team. This is a day-shift, fixed schedule, office-based role. Primary responsibilities: Identify and source contacts within each account related to defined campaigns or growth opportunities; Investigate and research existing accounts to ensure that the data within the accounts is accurate and update to date; Conduct data checks to ensure that the contacts within the accounts assigned to you are still in the role mentioned on the CRM and update the contacts with the latest details; Effectively leverage and use of tools, system and processes, including but not limited to the CRM system, Sales Automation platform and external data sources; Manage a pipeline of leads to be reported on a regular basis to the Sales team; Record prospect information into CRM database and retain excellent data hygiene within time limits; Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities; Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output. Secondary responsibilities: Identify, establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across sales, marketing and operations to support effective growth and collaborative success outcomes; Take responsibility for ongoing learning and development, products and solutions; Identify market trends and new tools & technologies that assist in contact sourcing and data management Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales research or data entry; Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields; Can work effectively with minimal supervision to complete tasks on time and to the highest quality; Knowledge of Australian Business English and experience engaging with Australian clients are an advantage; Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience in business; Experience in managing large sets of data efficiently; Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce knowledge will be a plus); Experienced in scrapping and searching for data across various tools and platforms is a must; WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US  BSA Solutions, Inc. emphasizes in:
