Skills & Qualifications: Proven expertise in data analysis with track record of delivering results in prior experienceExceptional ability to lead workstream independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing projects to meet stringent deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, demonstrating the capability to create intricate pivot tables, graphs, and chartsPowerBi Capabilities include data modeling skills, familiarity with the PowerBi Desktop application, experience building dashboards within PowerBi using multiple data sets in Excel, SQL knowledge, Power Query skills, Data Analysis Expressions (Dax), database concepts (relationships between tables and queries)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data to colleaguesKeen attention to detail, recognizing the importance of small details that could impact resultsIn-depth understanding of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flowAlignment with core values of commitment, quality, respect, communication, and teamworkFluency in English, both spoken and writtenProven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiencesSelf-motivated, able to maintain high activity levels, and possess a positive, can-do attitudeDuties and Responsibilities: Oversee the generation and download of pre-populated reports from practice management softwareLead the distribution of daily task lists across multiple service linesResponsible for the regular maintenance and updating of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance on a weekly and monthly basis, and adapting to evolving business needs.Drive the generation of marketing campaign lists and actively maintain the databaseSpearhead data cleanups and meticulously documented processesInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner, presenting findings to the management teamTake charge of maintaining databases, ensuring updates are performed as necessary for accuracyUphold customer confidence and protect operations by maintaining the confidentiality of informationPlay a key role in assisting with and leading special projects as requiredCandidates for this position must be willing to commute to our office located in Clark, Philippines.
