Aumni PH's **Data Operations and Investment Analysis Review Program** is a 3-year program designed to prepare, train, and mentor high performing individuals for managerial positions.
As an** Operations Trainee**, you will be trained and get exposed to the wide world of Silicon Valley venture capital/private equity fundraising.
You will also be provided immersion on all things related to private equity, a very attractive position for someone who has plans on going into investment banking, corporate law or venture firms.

**Data Research & Analysis**
As a **Data Research & Analysis Trainee**, you will be immersed and trained in various practical secondary research functions designed to support different Aumni departments in both the US and PH.
Augmented by our hands-on prefects and our streamlined immersion-style training program, we'll make sure you develop a solid three-way understanding of the private capital markets; (1) from an industry perspective (2) from an investor perspective, and (3) how it translates to the different departments we support in Aumni (Data Operations, Sales & Business Development, Corporate Development, and Engineering).

- Configuring and actively monitoring complex project plans with shifting timelines and multiple task assignees
- Working with local and remote teams using persistent communications tools (Slack, Zoom, GSuite).
- Handling and organizing sensitive customer data by managing virtual data rooms and cloud environments.
- Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
- Stay current on all activities, deadlines and commitments of the assigned divisions
- Independently and proactively provide high-quality support to assigned divisions
- Managing high volumes of private equity legal agreements
- Platform and investment data model familiarization
- Composition and submission of trainee reports
- Immersion in internal division-wide protocols and processes
- Training and familiarization in various customer operations/data research and data entry functions
- Immersion and mastery of summarization protocols for various private equity instruments
- Utilization of various video and text materials for training purposes
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree holder, open to fresh graduates (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting-related graduates preferred)
- Good English communication and comprehension skills Unparalleled attention to detail
- Experience with uploading and organizing virtual data rooms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Proficiency with all GSuite apps (especially Google Sheets)
- Working knowledge of project management and workplace productivity and communication tools (experience in ClickUp, Notion, and Slack a plus)
- Good data entry and time management skills
- Great analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Conversant in financial/legal terminologies and concepts a plus
