Data Migration Lead

SALARY: 100,000 to 130,000
LOCATION: Makati
WORK SETUP: Hybrid (2 to 3 times onsite per week)
SCHEDULE: Dayshift

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in leading data migration projects, with a strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.Proficiency in data migration tools and technologies, as well as experience working with databases and data warehousing systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address data migration issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE POSITION: Data modelling and analysis techniquesDesign and develop data extract and load scripts.Validation of developed scripts.Good knowledge in Database especially SQL server, Oracle, and Cosmos DB (nice to have)Strong MS SQL and migration experience
