DATA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS SUPERVISOR

Graduate of any 4-year course,
With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR,
With strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines,
Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
Can guide more junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information and confusion.
Must be able to define semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives, and goals.
Can Supervises and ensure that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively.
Able to summarize and analyze human capital data as they relate to business metrics.
Can supervise, maintain, review, and enhance HRIS and connected systems, Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas
