**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Must have CSR experience
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Must know MS Excel (formulas), Word, and Outlook.
Additional technical skills would be an advantage.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data.
- Skilled in extracting and compiling information from databases.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
**What You Will Do**:
- Receive 100+ work orders a day
- Add notes from technician
- Close tickets
- Possibly help in CS if needed with small task
- Accurately enter, organize, and review data in Excel.
- Complete daily data counts.
- Identify and become proficient with client's needs.
- Store complete documents in appropriate locations.

You will work with a U.S. business that provides electrical services and smart technologies for both residential and large-scale commercial projects.
