The Data Specialist will play a key role in managing data entry, form processing, and ensuring compliance with international regulations, specifically those related to Posted Workers & Business Travelers. Additionally, the role will involve overseeing quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all data.
**Adjusted hours shift from 3 pm until 12 am Manila time. Onsite in the Manila office is required for all days. No sponsorships available. Key Responsibilities: Manage data entry and form processing related to Posted Workers, ensuring adherence to international labor laws and regulations (e.g., Posted Workers Directive, GDPR). Perform data validation and conduct QA checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all processed forms. Execute and improve QA procedures to reduce data entry errors and ensure compliance standards are consistently met. Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies, facilitating accurate reporting and informed decision-making. Securely store and organize all documentation in compliance with data protection standards. Generate regular reports on data accuracy, compliance status, and QA outcomes to keep stakeholders informed. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry Strong English skills (verbal and written) Detail and solution oriented Strong ability to understand business value, find good solutions, and prioritize features within those solutions Experience working in a complex industry (Mobility or HR is an added bonus) Experience clarifying and defining technical requirements in an agile/scrum environment Experience documenting and presenting software to technical and non-technical audiences Experience building ad-hoc reports (knowing SQL is not required, but an added bonus) Driven to solve client problems Driven to go above and beyond Always looking for ways to improve yourself, processes, team and products Passion for tackling problems using technology Team player who is detail-oriented and results-oriented Ability to work shifted hours if needed EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in a technical, communications, engineering, business, mathematics, statistics or related area.
