Responsibilities About the Role As a skilled Data Entry Specialist at Bricklane, your primary role will be to efficiently and accurately enter data into our system, contributing to the seamless processing and evaluation of properties. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining high-quality data and supporting the overall assessment process. Your main responsibilities will include:
What you'll do Reviewing and Analyzing Properties: Utilize our system to access relevant properties that require assessment. Examine the provided checklist and understand the specific data points to be collected for each property. Data Entry and Accuracy: Enter property-related data into our system following the established guidelines and protocols. Ensure utmost accuracy and attention to detail while capturing information to maintain data integrity. Comparative Property Evaluation: Following the prescribed and clear guidelines, you will examine and evaluate comparable properties generated by the system in order to gather additional relevant data. Assessment Form Completion: Complete the overall assessment form by incorporating data collected from both the checklist and comparable properties, presenting a well-rounded evaluation of each property. Data Validation: Cross-reference data entries to verify consistency and reliability, resolving discrepancies promptly and liaising with relevant teams if needed. Quality Assurance: Actively participate in quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered. Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement in data entry processes. Timely Delivery: Meet assigned deadlines and turnaround times, consistently maintaining productivity and efficiency without compromising on data accuracy. Data Security and Confidentiality : Adhere to strict data security guidelines and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive property information. Communication: Collaborate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications or courses in data management or real estate are a plus. At least 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, demonstrating precision and attention to detail. Proficiency in using data entry tools and software applications. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and process complex information accurately. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with the team. Ability to adapt to new technologies and system updates. Commitment to data security, confidentiality, and ethical data handling practices. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn new tools Can work to deadline and under pressure Familiarity with real estate terminologies and property evaluation is advantageous.
