Job Description
As a pivotal member of our client's team, the  Data Entry Specialist  plays a critical role in maintaining the seamless flow of operations. Your tasks will encompass receiving products into the company's meticulous inventory management system while ensuring all associated paperwork is flawlessly completed. Additionally, you will be responsible for meticulously entering and managing production dates and order confirmations from our client's valued vendors, actively following up via phone and email to guarantee deliveries remain on track. You will be the key figure in translating customer requirements into precise quoting templates, as well as seamlessly inputting purchase orders into their efficient order system. Your contribution will extend to logging quotes into Salesforce, providing invaluable insights for opportunity tracking. Through your dedication and precision, you will uphold the backbone of our client's processes and contribute significantly to their continued success.
Here's an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day (Mon - Fri 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH
What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree in a related field
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level formulas and analysis
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail orientation and error-free work production

Efficiently manage inventory data and paperwork
Ensure timely and accurate vendor coordination
Finance:
Maintain precise transaction records in accounting system
Monitor payables and ensure prompt payment
Customer Service:
Utilize quoting templates for customer requirements
Process purchase orders and quotes for efficient tracking
Operations:
Compile essential performance data for monthly reports
