Job Description: As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming invoices and carrier payables, with a strong focus on maintaining a high level of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry functions, including keying invoice data. Receive, review, and process incoming invoices and carrier payables. Meet or exceed established daily data entry quota goals. Maintain a quality standard of 99.9% accuracy. Requirements At least 6 months BPO experience in a Healthcare Account Familiar with healthcare claims, benefits, elegibilities Detailed oriented and organized Good verbal and written English skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work onsite in Makati Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
