Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities: Verifying and updating patient insurance information via Outbound calls and web portal General data entry Processing Authorization and Appeals Requirements At least 6 months Healthcare BPO experience Must be detail oriented Proficiency in using MS Excel Good verbal and written English communication skills Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
