Key Responsibilities

Data entry of a range of documents including Australian and New Zealand based documents
Communicate and work with the Australian based team
Complete internal administration tasks as required.
Represent the company in a professional manner - At all times represent the company in a favourable manner and build positive relationships with clients and partners and co-workers to the company's benefit Personal Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (verbally and in writing)
An open, fair, positive 'can do' attitude.
A willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment
Self-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomy
Able to accept responsibility Technical Requirements

MUST have experience in Data Entry and understanding of the documents being processed
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with a remote team
Knowledge of Regular Expressions
Can type at 65+ words per minute.
Other Responsibilities

Act in a manner at all times that complies with the requirements of occupational health & safety.
Report any incidences to your supervisor/manager.
Promote a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for EEO, anti-discrimination, harassment and environmental management.
Comply with company procedures, policies and practices and the conditions.

It is your responsibility to ensure you maintain up to date knowledge of all applicable procedures, policies and practices.
To ensure a flexible and multi skilled workplace, you may be required to perform other tasks and roles requested of you by your manager.
Additional training will be provided when necessary to equip you with additional skills.
Reasonable overtime may be required from time to time to achieve the requirements of the role and client expectations.
Contribute to the successful outcomes of the department by promoting teamwork, assisting others when required and displaying a friendly and helpful manner.
