Legal Intake Pros seeks a dedicated Data Entry / Data Analyst to join our team. This dual-role position updates our CRM (Lead Docket) and CSM (Filevine) systems to cleanse historical data for data integrity and input data accurately. The role requires data entry and analyst skills until the department scales to build the Data Team. The Data Entry / Data Analyst will also help optimize data retrieval and reporting processes.

Compensation:$6 - $7 hourly
Responsibilities:Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and CSM systems.Verify data accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality standards.Assist in resolving discrepancies or errors in data entries.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.
