About the role A Data Entry Associate is responsible for Lead Generation. Which involves generating consumer interest for a product or service to convert it into a sale.
Involved in managing daily tasks like comparative/comp cases, syndication listing, and accounting.
Adherence to data integrity, security policies, data entry best practices, and follow ethical and appropriate business practices. Compliance to internal and external processes and procedures. As well as company policies and legal mandates.
Organize, maintain and preserve data in prescribed company or third party databases.
Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
Responsibilities/Scope of Work General Scope
General Lead Generation and Scraping on a daily basis.
Responsible for day-to-day management of completing all the comp cases and generating comp reports, syndication listing and accounting tasks.
Input data from source to prescribed system database and perform regular back up to preserve relevant and important data.
Verify correct and accurate data when necessary.
Timely response to information/data requests and accessing relevant files/data from Marketing Team and other teams.
Continuous learning and knowledge improvement on Data Management. Constant check-up on Data Entry Best Practices, Data Integrity and Security Policies. Regular upskill through company-sponsored training, workshops and seminars. Seeks guidance as necessary.
Handles various duties/tasks as delegated by Direct Supervisor/Management.
Specific Scope for DEA Scrapper to MDT: Responsible for scrapping good quality leads to MDT.
Assuring accurate and correct data are provided.
Specific Scope for DEA Comper to MDT and Leasing: Manage and perform Comp Report Requests.
Responsible for handling Syndication Listings.
Manage and perform Accounting-related Tasks/Requests.
Reporting Line and Performance review Data Entry Associate will be reporting directly to the DEA Team Lead. Performance review and Appraisal will be under the discretion and recommendation of DEA Team Lead and/or AM for Market Development Cluster.
