You'll work with our CRM system, inputting data from court-appointed cases and organizing digital files. Responsibilities Input court-appointed case details from paper documents into our CRM system Download and organize discovery files from the DA's office into client folders Maintain and label digital client folders for easy access Assist with system cleanup by archiving or deleting old cases as directed Handle basic financial data entry Requirements Sharp attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills Quick learner, adaptable to new software and systems Strong organizational skills and digital file management abilities Basic understanding of legal terminology (preferred but not required) Excellent confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work Availability to work within the law firm's operating hours Comfortable with potential expansion of responsibilities as the role grows Benefits Independent Contractor Perks:
