What will you be doing:
Work with a team ensuring quality delivery including but not limited, meeting service level agreements, quality criteria, on-time performance, attendance & punctuality measures, customer satisfaction metrics, budget, and others. Areas to be covered:
? Data management projects, including but not limited to, data warehouse, big data, data lake, data hub, data exchange, data mart, data pipeline as well as, API design & development.
? Application development, including API or RPA.
? Others as may be assigned.
Perform the duties and responsibilities of a data integration (ETL) consultant / developer / programmer / engineer including, but not limited to, (a) design and development of ETL scripts/mappings/jobs and/or API / data exchange applications, (b) design and development on data integration / ingestion tools (which may include tool administration), (c) business requirement or rules gathering and analysis (which may include data profiling and data analysis, working with business users, understanding domain or subject matter, etc.), (d) source to target mapping related activities and/or design/review/development of mapping documents (including understanding source behavior and application test scenarios), (e) data modelling, (f) controls, (g) data integration strategies/approaches, (h) testing, (i) documentation, and (j) others.
Perform duties and responsibilities of an application development consultant or developer including but not limited to, (a) requirement gathering and analysis, (b) development work, (c) testing, (d) others.
Take an active role in projects and programs, including but not limited to assignment to client site. This also includes, among others, reporting to the project manager, project director, and/or practice head.
Provide inputs to Solvento Philippines, Inc. team with regard to implementation (including design), service delivery, and/or use of technology/language/system assigned to you.
Tasks may also include other tasks within a Business Intelligence / Data Management / Data Warehouse / Big Data / Analytics / AI / API / Application Development project.
Collaborate to ensure solution or service is delivered on-time, on-budget and within specifications. As such, work with Solvento Philippines, Inc.'s employees, clients, principals and other relevant personnel in project implementation / service delivery.
Coordinate with principals' technical support, as applicable
Provide consulting services to customers.
Help manage resources, timelines, deliverables, documents, etc.
Ensure good relations with people and stakeholders.
Lead initiatives or collaborate in developing and enhancing the practice or service delivery.
Keep skills up-to-date. Constantly share knowledge with peers to build overall company competency.
Participate in internal projects and/or any activities.
Work in a professional manner and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
What you must have:
Writes advanced SQL including optimization
Knowledge in Python and/or Scala
Proficient in UNIX/LINUX shell and DOS b
Any ETL tool i.e Informatica, Talend, SSIS
Knowledgeable in Big Data/Data Warehouse on Cloud (Azure/AWS)
Knowledge in Big Data/Data Warehouse Concepts and Best Practices
Proficient in developing data pipelines
