We are in need of DOCUMENT CONTROLLER!

Willing to work ONSITE!!

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any courseHas minimum of 3 years related working experience with Aconex / preferably in the construction industry.
WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
SALARY RANGE: 20K -25K per month
WORK LOCATION: La Mesa Project - Quezon City


JOB DESCRIPTION: Copy, scan and store documentsCheck for accuracy and edit files, like contactsReview and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)Distribute project-related copies to internal teamsFile documents in physical and digital recordsCreate templates for future useRetrieve files as requested by employees and clientsManage the flow of documentation within the organizationMaintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreementPrepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
