Description
Provide Support and Maintenance for Data Center
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occur
Performs preventive operations and react to ad-hoc task to maintain system stability
Produce, maintains and update technical documentations.
Working closely and coordinates with Vendor in Telco and DC
IT facilities management in Data Center – A/C, FMS, Proc access and PACU
Ensuring that day to day batch Job process and back up jobs are performed on a timely manner
Experienced in servers, FW, router/ AP and switches
Triage alerts from the network monitoring system
Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occur
M365 Service Health notification monitoring
BI file Transfer Validation from AMS
RAMCO Job Processing/ RAMCO JV/ ADR File Consumption
Palo Alto Notification monitoring
Microsoft Azure High Risky User Monitoring
· Power BI Job Processing (Daily FACT/ DIM/ DSR PS/DSR PS TEMP/CUBE)
· Power BI Refresh volume / PROD Master Pipeline Run
· BI2MM Job Recon (Monitoring and Report)
· PACE Order Monitoring
· Backup report and monitoring via VEEAM
· Monitoring of SQL Batch Jobs
· Monitoring of SQL Batch Jobs Application
Sending of Status monthly report of System Maintenance, and if necessary.
Meet and adhere to attendance requirements based on Service Level Agreement
Meet and exceeds KPI targets set by the client.
Responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of customer satisfaction and effective professional working relationship with supervisors and co-workers
