Data Center Operations (Open For Assoc Grad

Provide Support and Maintenance for Data Center
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occur
- Performs preventive operations and react to ad-hoc task to maintain system stability
- Produce, maintains and update technical documentations.
- Working closely and coordinates with Vendor in Telco and DC
- IT facilities management in Data Center - A/C, FMS, Proc access and PACU
- Ensuring that day to day batch Job process and back up jobs are performed on a timely manner
- Experienced in servers, FW, router/ AP and switches
- Triage alerts from the network monitoring system
- Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occur

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in Data Center Ops
- Good Background knowledge in Networks and Server Administration
- Experienced in IT Monitoring Tools (Micro Focus SMAX, ManageEngine Self Service Plus, Microfocus Universal Discovery, Radia, ManageEngine OpManager, Telephony-CMS)
- Customer-focused.
Articulate and methodical.
Self-motivated and professional with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and having a keen ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 per month
