Data Center Consultant

Job Description:

- Following the Automotive Infrastructure for Manufacturing Applications (Prime, DataWarehouse, Business Intelligence) of Continental Automotive Data Center Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Following the Automotive Infrastructure for Multi-Purpose Infrastructure System (MIS) of Continental Automotive Data Center Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Administration of Linux Servers (SLES 12) and Database Systems specifically ORACLE RAC.
- Setup, configure and administer Server Virtualization (VMware)
- Setup, configure and administer Storage Appliance (NetApp)
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of servers, front end devices and network equipment
- Create and maintain documentation on environment and its processes.
- Perform analysis and debugging activities.
- Continuously optimize implemented infrastructure.
- Participate on project management activities in other Continental sites globally when required.
- Conduct training for location/s administrator when necessary
