Job DescriptionThe Security R&D and Product Owner is a pivotal figure in safeguarding systems and data across the enterprise. This role involves the design, development, and implementation of security architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with both business and technological security requirements. The individual will lead efforts to assess and integrate new technologies, provide strategic direction for internal data and AI security capabilities, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape the security roadmap.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch and recommend data security use cases and innovative technologies to enhance controls, particularly in emerging areas like AI security frameworks.Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive security architecture blueprints.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and end-user security requirements.Conduct high-level cost-benefit analyses to inform security investments and platform consolidation strategies.Assess and recommend security roadmaps and strategies to address risks in new services and projects.Facilitate cybersecurity technology demonstrations, Requests for Information (RFI), and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives.Provide strategic security guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices.Integrate security strategies with the broader Enterprise Architecture.Offer technical support and consultation on security issues to various internal departments and teams.Develop and implement security architecture and design strategies to counter emerging threats.Stay current with advancements in security technologies and identify the most suitable solutions for the organization.Oversee the management and evaluation of existing security tools and platforms, ensuring value realization and effective technology renewals.Maintain and update the use case catalog to support demand and user story management for data security and AI security requirements.Address escalations related to technology groups, user experience challenges, and process issues associated with new security capabilities.Manage escalations concerning security policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring they are effectively incorporated into security roadmaps.KPI'sConceptual Architecture & BlueprintSupport delivery of New Cybersecurity and Privacy CapabilitiesOn-time renewals of existing security toolsValue realization and benefits of existing security toolsTOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:Zero Trust StrategyArtificial Intelligence Security StrategyData Security StrategyMake Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
