Data Analyst Supervisor

DATA ANALYST SUPERVISOR

1. Design user questionnaires and conduct user research
2. Conduct user activity analysis, identify activity issues, and provide direction or suggestions
3. Explore user needs and provide strategic recommendations for the company to attract new users and enhance user retention
4. Use multiple database tools to retrieve data and provide solutions to other departments

Qualifications:

1. Education: bachelor degree
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience
3. Skills: Database,EXCEL,Survey design,Customer negotiation
4. Proficiency in database usage and completion of other departmental requirements
