As a Data Analyst II this position will report to the VP of Energty Management
Responsibilities will include creating detailed analyses of customer utility data, generating custom reports - such as those around rate analysis, utility budgets, contact Utility providers regarding rate changes and correction of rate errors.
- Use RealPage's Sustainability Solution to create actionable reports
- Analyze invoice data to ensure customers are being correctly charged for services
- Generate utility budgets for our Sustainability Services Customers
- Contact our customers' utlity providers to resolve billing inaccuracies
- Generate process documentation and flowcharts to improve operations
- Provide written recommendations for optimizing clients' services
- Advocate Sustainability best practices internally and to our clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, but maybe substituted for a combination of 2-4 years' worth of sustainability-related experience, accreditation, and training
- Advanced proficiency working with spreadsheets to perform functions such as pivot tables, lookups and advanced formulaic calculations
- Experience in any Data Visualization (Tableau or PowerBI)
- Experience with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams
- Must possess strong problem-solving abilities to use and interpret large data sets
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required
- Work Hours: Regular office hours are to be maintained relative to the RealPage Headquarters,open from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST.
However, additional hours may be required and may be adjusted
- Conduct data analysis to support the software development teams
