Overview of RoleThe Data Analyst role involves analyzing data, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent client service. The position ensures data accuracy, helps drive business insights, and supports both internal teams and clients with clear, actionable reports. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Main duties include, but are not limited to:Administrative SupportProvide general admin support and assistance to the accounting teams.Management of administration inbox.Data entry and maintenance of data integrity across various platforms (APS database, CAS, ASIC).Utilise digital collation software for the collation of tax returns and preparation of associated letters and invoices.Preparation of letters and agreements.Ability to document work instructions for all tasks performed.Data Analytics and ReportingProvide technical expertise on database management and data cleansing.Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; provide action plan recommendations.Transform and prepare data for use in Power BI.Work toward understanding linkages in data and develop the ability to create formulas and pivots to produce reports, e.g., weekly accounting team reports.Project ManagementDeliver proactive communication across all levels while building clarity and agreed expectations and deliverables.Develop and implement reporting solutions and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Client Service ManagementBuild the foundations of developing favorable professional relationships with clients.Ensure high quality services are always provided to clients.Successful applicants should:Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other related courses.At least 1 year working experience as Data Analyst.Advanced skills in database administration.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Power BI.Experience with accounting software (i.e., APS), desirable but not essential.Skilled in identifying and solving complex problems related to data analysis and interpretation.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Ability to self-manage and show initiative to drive results.Flexibility; ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize projects.Good statistical and critical thinking skills.Non-negotiable requirementsInternet Connection of at least 15 Mbps.Residence within Cebu.Benefits you and your family can enjoy:Salary increments on the 6th and 12th months, with annual performance appraisals.500K per incident HMO coverage + Dental & Optical benefits.Career growth opportunities.2-week paid Christmas vacation.25K Educational Assistance.Referral bonuses.Leave encashments.Company savings plan.Fixed Schedule of Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 4 PM.
