About the job Data Analyst

MedRisk, Inc. -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong earlier last year.
They are continuously expanding their services, and need experienced Data Analysts to be part of their team!
The Data Analysts are responsible for supporting MedRisk's operations by gathering and/or analyzing large sets of data to report business, operational and financial trends that will be communicated to all members and levels within the organization.
The role also brings technical expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of reported data and present in ways that can help the business stakeholders make better decisions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a comprehensive advisor to the business regarding analytic capabilities and reporting options
- Use sound analytic methodology to create and develop innovative analysis for various business departments


- Construct reporting that supports and predicts the needs of departments rolling out new platforms and workflows
- Analyze data to identify workflow issues or process inefficiencies and/or risks
- Communicate and track key functionality, procedures, and processes across all departments
- Learn/Grow T-SQL skills
- Build strong Excel skills that assist in communicating manipulated data via SQL
- Perform minor ad-hoc related tasks
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related courses (eg but not limited to; Computer Science, Accounting, Statistics, Economics etc.)
- 3-4 years of related working experience
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Time management skills in order to meet set deadlines
- Working knowledge with SQL programming language
- Strong organizational skills required with keen attention to details
- Experience in healthcare industry and worker's compensation is a plus
- Willing to work any assigned shift during a work week in Mandaluyong City

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
