Data Analyst (Hr Governance & Digital Process Spec)

Job Overview: The Data Analyst is part of the Global People Services (GPS) group's HR Governance & Digital Process (GDP) Team in Makati that ensures data integrity throughout all systems, provides routine oversight of critical data, reports, data visualization, and internal/external audits.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and trackers, and requires strong knowledge of dashboard design and advanced data visualization, automated reporting applications, and backend data documentation. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to analyze and explore structured and unstructured data; provide analysis to assure data quality, reliability, and integrity; provide support to Global People Services (GPS) team in creating data integrity plans for improvement.
