About the Role We're looking for a spreadsheet whiz who is intimately familiar with Excel and/or Google Sheets, and who can take a CSV or XSLX and turn it into actionable data. You will be responsible for analyzing, cleaning, and handling all sales-related data and files for an e-commerce brand operating on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and more. We strongly value attention to detail, data cleanliness, ability to show and explain mathematical work, and clear communication. Responsibilities Log into to various e-commerce sales tools (Shopify, home-built ERP, Amazon, selling partner portals, and other similar platforms), downloading and cleaning data files, and responding to data requests from company leadership (CEO and VP of Revenue) Present data and findings to company leadership in a clear and concise manner Create regular reports and/or presentations pertaining to sales data, such as opportunities for sales optimization and improvement Collaborate with internal teams to create SOPs and improve existing processes Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed Examples of Data Requests How many pounds of our "ABC Product" did we sell in the last 30 days across all channels? Provide a weekly summary of revenue by channel (online, grocery, foodservice) Determine profit margin for each SKU on Amazon after refunds, chargebacks, and other fees are considered Calculate the average cost of shipping a product from our website vs. Amazon Calculate monthly sales rep commission based on product sales to a territory of accounts in a given month Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 3+ years of experience with Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and filters are a MUST Deep experience with e-commerce sales platforms like Shopify, Amazon, ERPs, and similar Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) Previous experience working the overnight shift Benefits Competitive pay, always in US dollars Work remotely from the comfort of your home Health & wellness benefit Paid holidays and time off Performance and referral bonuses Global exposure to the world's best companies Powered by JazzHR
