Data Analyst/Excel Expert

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Scientist or Analyst with expertise in Excel.
Proficiency in Excel's advanced features, including complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (a plus).
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts (a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to data manipulation and analysis.
