Data Analyst/ Excel Expert

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collecting the data from multiple heterogeneous data sources.
Conduct the thorough analysis of gathered data to check for meaningful data.
Perform data mining with using different querying techniques of SQL.
Check for different data configurations and patterns.
Model the data with using different modeling techniques.
Make the projections of the data according to analyzing the trends of data.
Create different kind of reports i.e. weekly or monthly reports, using different Business Intelligence tools
Present your findings with good presentation through meetings, seminars and presentations.
Preparing the report which will give information about all the data which will help the management and organization.
Discuss with management about the business strategy using the data analyzed by you.
Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.

Qualifications:
2-3 years relevant work experience in a similar role
Exceptional in Microsoft Excel
With HR/ Payroll background (a plus but not required)
Full-time, Permanent
