Data Analyst - Accounts And Assets

**The Role**:
Financial Dimensions
- Timely completion of Finance master data maintenance and resolution of issues that may arise in the various ERP systems for automated and non-automated processes.
- Check the reliability of maintenance tools and scripts, and if there are any concerns, communicate with the PFP/SME to resolve them.
Business Dimensions
- Knowledge in multiple systems and tools for maintenance of Finance data objects

Principal Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the Process Focal Point/Subject Matter Expert to ensure that these exceptions are handled systematically in the future by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate with stakeholders to handle issues and manage requests while reaching appropriate turn-around time.
- Assist with external and internal audits of controls operated by providing supporting documentation on an agreed-upon schedule with the auditor in order to achieve a 100% pass rate for all controls under audit.
- Key Challenges
- Requires a self-starter with very good verbal and written skills in English, able to collaborate with different types and levels of stakeholders.
- Exposure to various cultural backgrounds and organizational levels, across diverse time zones and different technical understanding requiring flexibility on working hours
- Expected to be a meticulous, analytical and quantitative analyst who is able to identify gaps and propose solutions to the PFP/SME
- Working and supporting changes related to end-to-end process.
