Duties and ResponsibilitiesSecurity Assessment: Conduct regular securityassessments and vulnerability testing of the bank'ssystems and networks. Identify and analyze potentialsecurity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Incident Response: Monitor and respond to securityincidents, breaches, and alerts. Develop and implementincident response plans to minimize damage fromsecurity incidents.Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions forbank staff on security best practices and awareness.Develop materials to promote a culture of cybersecuritywithin the organization.Network Security: Implement and maintain firewalls,intrusion detection systems, and other securitytechnologies. Monitor network traffic for suspiciousactivity and investigate potential threats.Data Protection: Ensure that sensitive customer andfinancial data is adequately protected and encrypted.Conduct regular audits of data access and usage.Collaboration: Work closely with IT and operationsteams to integrate security measures into banking systemsand processes. Liaise with external vendors andregulatory bodies regarding cybersecurity matters.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latestcybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.Recommend enhancements to security protocols andinfrastructure.C.
