Cybersecurity Services Delivery Lead

As a Cybersecurity Services Delivery Lead, you'll lead cybersecurity transformation programs across multiple security domains - providing leadership to a large team of security analysts, consultants, architects. Your responsibilities may encompass:Responsible for the organization, administration, and supervision of Cybersecurity Services resources, and processes and technologies necessary for account support
Overseeing delivery by employees and subcontractors to IBM Clients
Establishment of policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance & monitoring employee work
Evaluating customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes and managing contract/account financial performance (revenue, cost, delivery to cost case).
