Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Marketing and Sales Process Manager to join our team. This role combines expertise in marketing, lead generation, sales process management, and cybersecurity to drive business growth and enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Lead Generation Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads in the cybersecurity sector Create compelling content, including white papers and technical documents, to showcase our cybersecurity expertiseManage and optimise our social media presence to engage potential clients and industry partnersAdjust and maintain our website to improve user experience and lead capture Sales Process Management Oversee the entire sales process, from lead qualification to deal closureUtilise and manage CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to track and nurture leads effectivelyCollaborate with sales teams to refine strategies and improve conversion ratesAnalyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Cybersecurity Expertise Apply in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity trends and solutions to inform marketing and sales strategiesStay abreast of industry developments to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant Recommendations for Business Growth: To drive business growth, the successful candidate should consider: Implementing a targeted account-based marketing strategy to focus on high-value prospects in the cybersecurity sectorDeveloping a robust content marketing plan that positions our company as a thought leader in cybersecurityLeveraging data analytics to personalise marketing efforts and improve lead qualityEstablishing strategic partnerships with complementary cybersecurity service providers to expand our reachCreating a customer advocacy programme to generate referrals and testimonials from satisfied clientsOrganising webinars and virtual events to showcase our expertise and engage potential clients RequirementsRequirements/Skills needed:  Proven experience in marketing and sales process management, preferably in the cybersecurity sectorProficiency in using and managing CRM systems, especially HubSpotStrong understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media managementExcellent content creation skills, particularly in developing white papers and technical documentsFamiliarity with website management and basic SEO principlesSolid grasp of cybersecurity concepts and trendsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; cybersecurity certifications are a plus Additional Job Details: Set-up and Location: Onsite/WFH Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
