Role Description
This is a full time or a part-time, remote role as a Virtual Assistant.
As a Virtual Assistant, your day-to-day tasks may include responding to emails, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, performing research, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication.
A Cyberbacker acts as an administrative support to our clients in a remote setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transcription
Preparing paperwork
Scheduling of consultation with clients
Preparing and emailing weekly reports
Updating virtual files
Build ongoing task list
Oversee administrative tasks
Admin tasks
