Must be graduate of Customs Administration or any business related course.

Licensed Customs Administration will be given priority

With at least 2 years work experience in Logistics and Transportation.
4.
Knowledgeable in import/export task.
5.
Proficient in using MS Office Applications
6.
Hardworking and willing to extend hours when necessary.

Can work with minimum supervision

**Job Title : DECLARANT**
**Job Summary**:Responsible for the documentation of all forwarding and/or brokerage activities and actions taken to facilitate shipment by chronological orders; assist in coordination between consignees, client/shipper, and other parties/agencies; support the Logistics Operations Department to be proactive in all actions to be taken and avoid delays.
**Key Task Responsibilities**:
**1**.Receive bookings and related information from sales personnel.
**2**.
Monitor arrival of all inbound/incoming shipments.
**4**.
Prepare all final bookings with the necessary attached documents and request booking form from the accounting department.
**5**.
Prepare inward cargo manifest for all inbound/incoming shipments.
**6**.
Prepare draft billing for all shipments and payment request (DPR) for the agent's invoices for domestic and international shipment.
**7**.
Prepare shipping details, BL,
**8.
**Accomplish booking form and make payment request for agents, shipping lines or consolidator.
**9**.
Perform duties as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior.
