### Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a part-time associate-level position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. ### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Address customer concerns professionally and empathetically, aiming for first-contact resolution.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues efficiently while documenting interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to guide customers effectively.
- Stay updated with new product launches, promotions, and policy changes to provide accurate information.

4. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer trends and needs.

5. **Research & Analysis:**
- Utilize research skills to gather insights and data to assist customers and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.

6. **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and issue resolution status for management review.

7. **Training & Development:**
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Mentor new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

8. **Adaptability:**
- Adapt to changing customer needs and company policies while remaining focused on delivering exceptional service.
- Proactively seek solutions to enhance efficiency within the customer support team.

### Requirements:

- **Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role or related field.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of customer service best practices and relevant metrics.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to handle difficult customer interactions and bounce back from challenges.
- Hardworking: Demonstrates dedication and a strong work ethic in all tasks and responsibilities.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong adaptability: Quick to adjust to changes in processes, policies, and customer needs.
- Excellent research skills: Ability to locate and synthesize information effectively to assist customers.
