JOB DESCRIPTION
HOPLA.Online is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist with strong communication skills to be a member of the customer service department of our client's organization. You will assist customers with inquiries or concerns related to the company's services.

Your days will be filled with:
Review Financial Contracts and Information
Follow up with customers for pending information and documentation
Make 20 or more outbound calls a day in connection with administration tasks that require information from clients and suppliers
Liaise with suppliers and customers with the view to settling contracts and paying suppliers
Take care of project work assigned by management
Conduct team learning sessions
Analyze deals submitted/pending
Who we are looking for:
Has experience with administration and email writing
Strong communication, both internally and externally with accountability and courage to speak your mind, be prepared to fail as you learn
Experience in TBD technology/application/platform
Strong attention to details
Take initiative and are willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done.

Experience in dealing with Australian clients
Understands Australian culture
Target Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AU time
Competitive salary from PHP 32,000 to PHP 37,000 based on your previous work experience
