**Job Summary:**
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and confident Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As an entry-level representative, you will be the face of Globe Telecom, providing vital support to our customers by assisting with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and display empathy will directly enhance our customers' satisfaction and loyalty to the Globe brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (e.g., chat, email, and social media) in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding Globe products and services, including plans, promotions, and technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues for customers, escalating more complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and processes, providing feedback and suggestions to management.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Uphold company policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance and protect customer data.

**Requirements:**
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred but not required.
- No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated passion for helping others and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent people management skills with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
- Basic technical proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
