Customer Support Representative

Details of the offer

1. Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and use various channels for communication (Phone, E-Mail, Viber, etc).
4. Endeavour to resolve customer complaints and escalate to Customer Support Supervisor when appropriate.
5. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. Participate in Team meetings to communicate and provide feedback on customer service processes.

Salary ranges from Php 15,000.00 to Php 20,000
