• With Background in Telemarketing & Customer Support (Admin Function)
• With Customer Service Experienced
• Computer Literate, Good in oral & written communication

JOB SUMMARY

Executes the Annual Plans & Programs as defined by the Customer Support & Tele Sales Manager.
Proactively implements programs & delivering services to NELTEX customers while constantly finding more efficient & effective ways to do them.
Engaged in identifying opportunities that will improve customer's experience in doing business with NELTEX.
