Job Description:
Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a calm and courteous manner- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and dedicated personality traits- Strong planning and time management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
