Customer Support Representative (Healthcare Account)

Doing outbound & inbound calls.
This includes responding to questions and giving information to and from insurance representatives or patients.
- Collecting payments to insurance companies over the phone.
- Provide follow-up calls if required and participate in all quality assessment activities and assist to collect and analyze all information and recommend required improvements to all processes.
- Will verify insurance for each patient.
- Providing positive, warm, and friendly service in all interactions.
- Able to understand urgent/high-low priority tasks.
- Process medical documents with sensitive information.
- Assists in other areas as required.
**Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
