Job Description:

Bench is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
7. Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Experience in e-commerce or retail customer support is a plus.
7. Must be detail-oriented and organized.
