Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at Hilton in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues4. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement5. Train and onboard new customer support team members6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
