Responsibilities: Assist customers and address concerns and inquiries through inbound call services and email support using the English language.Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries.Record and maintain customer interactions in the database.Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.Adhere to department and company policies and procedures while assisting customersExemplifies commitment and flexibility towards workAttendance adherence is very essential. Requirements: Customer Support or Service experience minimum of 1 year.Exceptional oral and written communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with Google Sheets is advantageous.Neutral accentAbove average typing speed is a plus.Able to adhere and work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends or holidays, if required.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentGood time management and multitasking skills
