**Job Description:**

Qwikwire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are positive and effective.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, leveraging critical thinking to evaluate and address issues accurately.
- Document customer interactions and problem resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for future reference.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a deep understanding of Qwikwire's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- Stay updated on product changes, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales, technical support, and product management teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
- Share insights from customer interactions to improve service delivery and product offerings.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing customer accounts and updating records in the CRM.
- Contribute to the development of customer support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

6. **Performance Metrics:**
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer support effectiveness.
- Actively seek ways to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction, demonstrating adaptability to changes.

7. **Training and Development:**
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Mentor new team members, providing guidance and support as they transition into their roles.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer support or customer service role, ideally in a remote work environment.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- **Skills:**
