Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:As a Customer Support Assistant at Meralco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely from your location in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction- Assist with order processing and fulfillment- Stay up to date on products and services offered by Meralco- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Reliable and confident personality traits- Strong analytical and people management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software- Ability to work remotely and independently- High school diploma or equivalent
