Responsibilities and Duties: Answering incoming calls and responding to customer's emailsProviding product and service information to customersManagement and resolve customer complaintsProvide product and service information to customersResearch, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software Qualifications: With good command of the English language.College Graduates2-year Vocational Course GraduatesUndergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in collegeSenior High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experienceHigh School Graduates with at least 6 months of continuous call center experienceWilling to work on holidays and weekendsWilling to work the night shift and on shifting schedules
