Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Requirements:
- Independent and resourceful individual who can work effectively in a remote setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
