Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Gcash. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This role will involve working from home, providing support to customers in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH.
Responsibilities:- Onboard new customers, guiding them through the setup process and providing assistance as needed- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services- Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Energetic personality with a positive attitude- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide leadership in challenging situations
